Organisation des Schülerverkehrs. Ein Kommunikationsleitfaden für den Kreis Bergstraße.

Abstract

Der Kreis Bergstraße hat aufgrund von Problemen und Beschwerden im Schülerverkehr nach einem Betreiberwechsel ein Gutachten zur Überprüfung des gesamten Schülerverkehrs vergeben. Die Analyse kam zu dem Ergebnis, dass der Schülerverkehr keine gravierenden Mängel aufweist. Dennoch sind Schwierigkeiten zu Schuljahresanfang unvermeidbar. Sie sind unter anderem durch den organisatorischen Ablauf begründet. Dies nahm man zum Anlass einen Kommunikationsleit­faden zu entwickeln.Due to a number of problems and complaints after the change of the school bus services operator the administrative district Bergstraße had TTK carry out an analysis of the entire school bus service system. In summary this analysis did not show any serious short­comings. Nevertheless, difficulties are unavoidable at the beginning of a new school year resulting from organisational procedures and the large number of actors involved. This situation prompted the development of a set of guidelines for communication.
