Abstract
Wer nicht fragt, bleibt dumm! Der Autor geht immer noch bzw. wieder einmal den Fragen nach, mit welchen Prozessen und welchen Elementen welche Arten von Stadtstraßen "anders als sonst", also in diesem Falle im Mischungsprinzip bzw. mit weicher Separation gestaltet und wie verkehrsrechtlich geregelt werden sollten. Anlass ist, dass dem Autor sehr unterschiedliche Auffassungen darüber begegnen, was "Shared Space"- und Mischungsprinzipien eigentlich sind, was sie bewirken und wie entsprechende Straßenräume gestaltet und geregelt sein sollten. Der Beitrag erörtert zunächst Hintergründe sowie vorliegende Erkenntnisse und stellt auf dieser Basis Empfehlungen für künftige Planungsprozesse zusammen.
