Abstract

Die Stadtachse U1 gibt nicht nur städtebaulich die Richtung in das Wien von morgen an. Die Achse und die mit ihr verbundenen Stadtteilprojekte sind auch Testfall oder besser Experimentierfeld für neue Wege der Bürgerinformation und -mitbestimmung mit Hilfe moderner Kommunikationstechniken.
