Abstract
1978 waren ca. 16.000 Familien mit 100.000 Bewohnern in sozialistischen Dörfern Algeriens angesiedelt. Nach Abschluss des Programms werden es in 1.000 Dörfern ca. 1,5 Mio. Bewohner sein, oder ca. 15 % der ländlichen Bevölkerung. Bei der Verwirklichung des Programms bilden die Kosten einen wesentlichen begrenzenden Faktor.
