Abstract
Ein Dach über dem Kopf ist ein Grundbedürfnis der Menschen. Ca. 25-30 % der städtischen Bevölkerung New Delhis, Bombays, Madras etc. leben in Slums oder Squattersiedlungen. Die National Building Organisation (NBO) hat eine Planung entwickelt, die beispielhaft das Wohnungsproblem angeht.
