Abstract
Bericht über die Verwendung von Geldern der Europäischen Entwicklungsfonds (EEF) zur Förderung von Entwicklungshilfeprojekten in Burundi. Erläuterung des Fünfjahresplanes und verschiedener Entwicklungsprojekte. Die Autorin kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass europäische Hoffnungen auf schnelle Entwicklungserfolge der afrikanischen Realität angepasst werden müssen. za
