Der 1. Teil enthält ein Anschriftenverzeichnis der überregionalen und regionalen Institutionen, Organisationen und Verbände, der Naturparkträger, Lehr- und Forschungsstätten für Landespflege, Bezugsquellen für audio-visuelle Lehrmittel, Landesfilmdienste sowie Schrifttumsauskunftsstellen bzw. Fachdokumentationsstellen. Im bibliographischen Teil werden Bücher, Periodica und Schriftenreihen nachgewiesen, die seit 1954 in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland erschienen sind.
