Abstract
Das vorgelegte Programm baut auf den ,,Langfristigen Zielen als Grundlage und Rahmen der Stadtentwicklungsplanung'' (abgedruckt im Anhang) auf. Es enthält die Ansätze zur Prioritätenfindung, Aspekte und Maßnahmevorschläge zu den einzelnen Bereichen der Stadtentwicklung, einen Ausblick auf das 2. mittelfristige Stadtentwicklungsprogramm 1976-1981 sowie die Beschlußempfehlung.
