Abstract
Es wird ein Modell zur Bewertung der Nachhaltigkeit von deutschen Büroimmobilien entwickelt. Dieser anwendungsorientierte Ansatz ermöglicht eine transparente Beurteilung und Abbildung nachhaltigkeitsrelevanter Immobilienmerkmale im Hinblick auf das Wertentwicklungsrisiko, um daraus resultierend die Zukunftsfähigkeit der bewerteten Immobilie aufzuzeigen.
