Abstract

Die Deutsche Bahn hat auf der InnoTrans 2016 in Berlin die Gewinner des DB Innovation Challenge ausgezeichnet. Die Saxony Media Solutions GmbH konnte den Wettbewerb in der Kategorie Kleinunternehmen und StartUps mit ihrer Lösung Mobile In Transport für sich entscheiden und gewinnt als erstes deutsches KMU den mit 50.000 Euro dotierten Wettbewerb. Das Startup hat ein maßgeschneidertes App-basiertes Software-System zur Personaleinsatzplanung entwickelt, das es möglich macht, Schichten automatisch zu planen, mobil zu verwalten und zu tauschen. Dabei wird insbesondere der Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter gelegt. Saxony Media Solutions GmbH won the competition in the small business and start ups category with more than 100 competing companies with its logistic software solution Mobile In Transport. The Startup has developed a tailor-made app-based software system for personnel deployment planning. The system allows to plan shifts automatically, to manage shifts mobile and to exchange shifts about an App. In particular, the focus is on the needs of employees. The system is intended to be applicable to passenger transport and cargo transport and is described in this article.
