Abstract

Die Veröffentlichung entstand aus dem sechsten Expertentreffen für Planungsrecht, das im Oktober 2012 in Lissabon stattfand. Die einzelnen Kapitel illustrieren die nationale Entwicklung im Planungsrecht und stellen einen einmaligen Vergleich des Planungsrechts vor dem Hintergrund der Privatisierungstendenzen im Bereich der Stadtplanung und städtischer Infrastrukturen in den verschiedenen Teilnehmerländern dar.
