Abstract
Im Jahr 2013 konnte DB Regio Bayern den 100 Millionsten Bayern-Ticket-Kunden begrüßen. Das 16 Jahre alte Ticket ist damit das meistgenutzte Länderticket in Deutschland. Die hohe Nutzung liegt an einem guten Verkehrsangebot in Bayern, an einer einfachen Nutzbarkeit des Tickets und seiner Integration in alle bayerischen Verbünde und fast alle Regionalbusverkehre. Die fokussierte Werbung auf dieses Produkt führte zudem zu einer gestützten Bekanntheit von 100 Prozent in der Gesamtbevölkerung.
In 2013 DB Regio in Bavaria welcomed the 100 millionth user of the Bayern-Ticket. It is the flat-rate for urban and regional public transport in Bavaria. The ticket was created 16 years ago and is the mostly used flat-rate ticket in Germany. The success is based on a high rate of traffic offered, it is, as a flat-rate, easy to use and it is integrated in the whole regional and urban transport such as bus, underground and tram.
