Abstract
Indikatoren für Zukunftsfähigkeit werden häufig nur hinsichtlich ihrer Anwendung betrachtet. Die Autorin erweitert das Spektrum, indem sie das Instrument der Kooperativen Indikatorenentwicklung konzipiert. Diese zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Akteure eines Agenda-Prozesses gemeinsam Indikatoren für Zukunftsfähigkeit entwickeln und anwenden. Hierbei entstehen vielfältige Effekte, die sich positiv auf den Agenda-Prozess auswirken. difu
