Abstract
Der Mobilitätsmarkt vollzieht einen Wandel hin zu neuen, verkehrsmittelübergreifenden Angeboten. Diese Verzahnung zu umfassenden, multimodalen Mobilitätsangeboten bietet zahlreiche Chancen für etablierte ÖPNV-Unternehmen und neue Mobilitätsdienstleister. Dazu bedarf es der Schaffung spezifischer Organisations- und Finanzierungsstrukturen, um intermodale Verkehrsangebote zu etablieren, womit vielschichtige Implikationen im rechtlichen Bereich einhergehen.
The changing market environment for mobility services induces new, multimodal product offers. This process of "changing" resulting in integrated mobility services offers huge opportunities for established public companies as well as service providers. In relation to that, specific organizational structures and adequate financing schemes must be set up to establish the multimodal mobility services in the market which creates a variety of legal implications alongside.
