Transorganisationale Arbeit in den Creative Industries. Eine praxistheoretische Analyse.

Abstract

Auf Basis einer praxistheoretischen Fundierung (Bourdieu) und am Beispiel der Arbeitswelt Theater wird Arbeit in den Creative Industries idealtypisch als transorganisationale Arbeit beschrieben. Dieser Idealtyp beschreibt, dass (1) Arbeit in den Creative Industries in Kooperationen stattfindet, in denen Akteure mit unterschiedlichen Aufgaben und Qualifikationen für eine begrenzte Zeit zur Produktion eines bestimmten Ergebnisses zusammen kommen, (2) Organisationen, Kooperationen und individuelle Akteure nur lose aneinander gekoppelt sind und (3) die Zusammenarbeit in Kooperationen über transorganisationale, Organisationen und interne Arbeitsmärkte transzendierende Arbeitsmärkte koordiniert wird. Die Arbeit diskutiert darüber hinaus die Voraussetzungen und Folgen transorganisationaler Arbeit und erörtert das Erklärungspotenzial einer praxistheoretischen Perspektive auf Arbeit.This thesis describes work in the creative industries as transorganisational work. Based on a Practice Theory-perspective (Bourdieu) and on an empirical study into work in theatre, it describes how (1) work is undertaken in temporary constellations of individual actors commisioned for a variety of tasks and contributing a diverse range of skills (2) organisations, constellations and individual actors are only loosely coupled and (3) the cooperation organisations, constellations and individual actors is co-ordinated via transorganisational markets. The thesis then discusses the prerequisites and consequences of transorganisational work and the explanatory potential of a Practice Theory-perspective on work and employment.
