Ein Gutachten, das Nahverkehr Rheinland (NVR) und DB Netz AG in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Landesverkehrsministerium NRW auf den Weg gebracht haben, hat jetzt ein stufenweises Gesamtkonzept aus Infrastrukturmaßnahmen und optimierten Betriebsabläufen entwickelt, das den Bahnknoten Köln entlasten und für die Verkehrsströme der Zukunft rüsten kann.
