Wie umgehen mit Vorgaben des Anhangs der EU-VO 1370/07? Praktische Hilfestellung für kleinere Busunternehmen.

Abstract

Der Bundesverband deutscher Omnibusunternehmer und die PKF Industrie- und Verkehrstreuhand GmbH haben mit der EU-Kommission die praktischen Vorgaben des Anhangs der VO (EG) 1370/2007 besprochen und entsprechend den Hinweisen der DG COMP ein EDV-Tool zur Erstellung der Trennungsrechnung und Anhangsabrechnung gemäß den Vorgaben der VO entwickelt. Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen können sich nunmehr an mit der EU-Kommission abgestimmten Schemata orientieren und werden mit Hilfe eines EDV-Tools bei der praktischen Umsetzung der Anforderungen der VO1370 unterstützt.The Association of German Coaching and the PKF Industrie und Verkehrstreuhand GmbH have discussed the practical regulations of the VO (EG) 1370/2007 Annex together with the EU commission. According to the notes of the Directorate General for Competition, they have developed an IT-tool to implement separate invoicing and annex invoicing referring to the 1370/2007 regulation. Small and medium sized companies may now orientate themselves towards the scheme agreed on by the EU-commission and are practically supported by an IT-tool to implement the VO1370 specifications.
