Abstract

Mit der Entwicklung von easy.GO wurden die Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe und der MDV zu Vorreitern im Bereich mobiler Applikationen für Verkehrsauskünfte mit integriertem Ticketerwerb. Ziel war es, dem Fahrgast die Fahrten im ÖPNV durch Bereitstellung von Fahrplan, Navigation, Verkehrsinformation und Fahrausweis in einem System zu erleichtern. Heute wird die alltagstaugliche App von zahlreichen Fahrgästen der 26 beteiligten Nahverkehrsunternehmen in Mitteldeutschland genutzt.In the development of easy.GO, the Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe and the transport asso­ciation of central Germany, MDV, became pioneers in using mobile transport information applications with an integrated ticket buying system. The aim was to facilitate the passenger?s journey in the local transport by providing time tables, navigation, transport information and tickets in only one system. Today, the uncomplicated app is used by numerous passengers of the 26 participating local transport companies in Central Germany.
