Abstract

Im Juni 2008 führte der Verkehrsbetrieb Potsdam GmbH (ViP) das Modul Automatische Personenbezogene Dienstreihenfolgeplanung (APD) der Firma IVU im Rahmen der Planungssoftware Microbus unter den Namen Flexplan ein. Damit ging die ViP weg von der klassischen manuellen Bearbeitung der Dienstreihenfolge und der Personaldisposition. Flexplan berücksichtigt die Dienst- und Freiwünsche des Fahrpersonals im Vorfeld der Planungen, ermöglicht die Kontrolle und Beeinflussung der Arbeitszeitkonten, automatisiert und flexibilisiert die Dienstreihenfolge und die Personaldisposition.In June 2008 the public transportation company of Potsdam (ViP) introduced the module Automatic Roster Layout by the company IVU for the planning software Microbus under the name of Flexplan. This way the ViP moved away from the classic way of manual roster management and personnel dispatch. Flexplan allows for the consideration of the driver s shift class requests in the run-up of the planning process, offers a control of the working-time accounts, automates the roster management as well as the personnel dispatch and makes them more flexible.
