Abstract

Die Steuerung der Fahrdienstproduktivität ist eines der Schlüsselelemente zur nachhaltigen Rationalisierung der Nahverkehrsunternehmen und dient damit der Erlangung oder dem Erhalt einer wettbewerbsfähigen Kostenstruktur. Voraussetzung dafür ist ein strukturierter und planbarer Controllingprozess. Im Rahmen des Rationalisierungsprozesses ist es zielführend, unabhängig vom Betriebsgeschehen die Potenziale angedachter Maßnahmen zur weiteren Gestaltung der Fahrerproduktivität über externe Sachverständige prüfen zu lassen. difuThe control of productivity of the driving staff is one important factor for a sustainable economisation of a public transportation company.
