In der türkischen Stadt Eskisehir bereitet ein Konsortium unter Führung von Bombardier Transportation die betriebsbereite Übergabe eines Straßenbahnsystems an den örtlichen Betreiber Estram vor. Das Projekt ist typisch hinsichtlich seiner Organisation: ein örtliches Bauunternehmen ist für die Infrastruktur zuständig, ein internationaler Fahrzeughersteller liefert die sensible Technik und ein internationales Beratungsunternehmen bereitet den Betrieb vor und schult das Personal.
