Methoden-Mix für die Evaluation von Regionalplänen.

Abstract

Für die Evaluation von Regionalplänen gibt es kein festgelegtes methodisches Vorgehen. Eine Evaluierung von Plänen gilt generell als problematisch. Der Beitrag diskutiert den Einsatz verschiedener quantitativer und qualitativer Methoden zur Evaluation der Wirksamkeit regionalplanerischer Instrumente zur Steuerung der Siedlungsentwicklung. Besondere Berücksichtigung findet dabei die Anwendung eines Methoden-Mixes. Hierauf aufbauend wird ein Methoden-Set für das REFINA-Projekt entwickelt.There is no standardised approach to evaluating a regional plan. At the same time plan evaluation is generally considered as a problematic field of research. This paper discusses how different qualitative and quantitative methods can be used to evaluate the effectivity of regional planninginstruments. Special attention is paid to the implementation of a methodological crossover between both types. Based on this discussion a methodical approach for the REFINA-Project is developed.
