Abstract
Der Landesentwicklungsplan III für Nordrhein-Westfalens ,,Gebiete mit besonderer Bedeutung für Freiraumfunktionen -Wasserwirtschaft und Erholung -'' stellt auf Gesetzesgrundlage das landesplanerische Konzept zur räumlichen Sicherung und Entwicklung der Wasserwirtschaft im Zusammenhang mit Erholung dar.
