Leipzig mobil: Die Mobilitätslösung für eine wachsende Stadt. Die Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe als gestaltender Mobilitätsdienstleister.

Abstract

Der Wandel der Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe vom ÖPNV-Anbieter zum Mobilitätsdienstleister nahm 2013 mit dem Start des Projektes 'Leipzig mobil' als EFRE-Fördervorhaben konkrete Formen an. In diesem Projekt wurde bis August 2015 ein multimodales Angebot in Form der Verknüpfung von ÖPNV mit Car- und Bikesharing im Rahmen einer Mobilitätsplattform technisch umgesetzt. Zudem wurden die Leipzig mobil-Apps, Web-App und Mobilitätsstationen entwickelt und realisiert. Bis Ende 2016 wurde die App bereits mehr als 20.000 Mal heruntergeladen. 'Leipzig mobil' wird seit Januar 2017 im Rahmen des Förderprojektes INTER-mobil weiterentwickelt mit drei zentralen Zielstellungen: Einbindung weiterer Verkehrsangebote, Übertragbarkeit auf andere Regionen und prototypische Entwicklung intermodaler Produkte auf Basis konkreter Nutzungsszenarien.The change process of Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe from a transit operator to an integrated mobility provider was initiated when the project 'Leipzig mobil', funded by the ERDF kicked off in 2013. A multimodal transport product which combines public transit, car and bikesharing was designed, implemented and launched in August 2015. Furthermore, native 'Leipzig mobil' apps, a web-based app and mobility points had been realized. The app was downloaded more than 20.000 times until the end of 2016. The development of 'Leipzig mobil' is continued in line with a funding programme by the Germany Ministry of transport and digital infrastructure to realize the following goals: continuous integration of additional mobility services, creation and implementation of a transferable solution in other regions and prototypical development of intermodal transport products based on usage practices and scenarios.
