Abstract
Der Band enthält- a) die Bechlußvorlagen der Verwaltung der Stadt Wuppertal aufgrund der Wohnungsmarktanalyse der Fa. Planco Consulting GmbH bezüglich der Zielprojektionen zur Verbesserung der Wohnversorgung Wuppertal sowie b) die Wohnungsmarktanalyse der Fa. Planco Consulting GmbH. Mittels empirischer und statistischer Erhebungen werden Wohnungsbestand, -angebot, -nachfrage, Umzugsverhalten untersucht.
