Abstract
Das Arbeitspapier beinhaltet eine Dokumentation der Ergebnisse eines Workshops, der am 25. April 2008 an der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg stattgefunden hat. Im Rahmen des Workshops wurden Teilergebnisse aus dem REFINA-Forschungsprojekt "Nachhaltiges Flächenmanagement Hannover" vorgestellt und diskutiert. Die Universität bearbeitet das Teilprojekt "Privatwirtschaftliches Fondsmodell". Im Einzelnen wurden Aspekte der Public Private Partnership in der Grundstücksentwicklung, Fragen im Zusammenhang mit städtebaulichen Instrumenten und Vergaberecht, kommunal- und beihilferechtliche Fragestellungen diskutiert.
This working paper contains a documentation of the results of a workshop that took place at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg on April 25, 2008. Within the workshop intermediate results of the REFINA-research project "Sustainable Land Management in the City of Hannover" were presented and discussed. The university works on the sub-project "Private Fund Model". In detail some aspects of the Public Private Partnership related to the development of brownfields and issues concerning urban development instruments were discussed. Other topics were the public procurement law, the municipal law of Lower Saxony and EU state aid law.
