Neue Tendenzen in der Planung der Industrieanlagen/Industrieparks. In den Bau von Industrieanlagen wird immer mehr Geld von den Industriebetrieben investiert. Man will eine kreative Arbeitsumgebung schaffen (research park). Die Industrieanlagen werden zu Kathedralen der 80er Jahre. (GUS)
