Abstract

Die Reaktivierung einer Eisenbahnstrecke für den SPNV ist in aller Regel ein interdisziplinäres Projekt. Am Beispiel der Bentheimer Eisenbahn wurde gezeigt, welche Aspekte bei der Reaktivierung einer Eisenbahn-Stecke zu beachten sind und welche Zusammenhänge es zwischen diesen gibt. Eine erste Hilfestellung bietet dabei das in der Schweiz angewandte Planungsfünfeck. Ein attraktives, integriertes Angebotskonzept, Komfort und „Wohlfühlatmosphäre" beim Rollmaterial und an den Stationen, eine ausreichende und mit Weitsicht geplante Eisenbahn-Infrastruktur, sowie attraktive Tarifkonditionen sind eine gute Basis für ein erfolgreiches SPNV-Reaktivierungsproiekt.The reactivation of a railway line for the SPNV is usually an interdisciplinary project. Using the example of the Bentheim railway, it was shown which aspects have to be considered when reactivating a railway line and what connections there are between them. An attractive, integrated offering concept, comfort and a "feel-good atmosphere" for the rolling stock and at the stations, an adequate railroad infrastructure planned with foresight as well as attractive tariff conditions are a good basis for a successful SPNV reactivation project.
