Abstract

Die Volkskommune Tachai gilt als Musterbeispiel chinesischer Entwicklungs- und Aufbauarbeit auf dem Lande. Der Artikel skizziert die allgemeinen politischen und ökonomischen Grundlagen der Kommune und ihre Entwicklungsphasen seit der Befreiung. Genauer wird die Lösung der Wohnungsfrage und der Aufbau der Siedlungsstruktur beschrieben. wm
