Abstract
Erläutert wird das Landschaftsrahmenprogramm als Instrument der Landschaftsplanung. Als Teil des Landesentwicklungsprogramms konkretisiert es die gesetzlich fixierten Ziele und Aufgaben des Naturschutzes und der Landschaftspflege.
