Abstract
For the first time, the metropolis Frankfurt am Main has issued an invitation to tender for the short distance traffic performance which had been made by local suppliers so far. The invitation to tender will be hierarchised in line overlaps to guarantee an economic service and to enable medium-sized transportation companies to participate in the market. Therewith, TraffiQ Frankfurt am Main has developed a system to establish and assess line overlaps which is appreciated by the market. difu
