Abstract
Innenentwicklung bildet in der ersten Revisionsetappe des Raumplanungsgesetzes (RPG 1) die Maxime der schweizerischen Raumentwicklung. Die Umsetzung ist herausfordernd. Doch erste gelungene Beispiele zeigen, dass eine integrale und nachhaltige Entwicklung im Bestand möglich ist. Jetzt braucht es eine Ausweitung, damit die Entwicklung nach innen zum Standard wird.
