Abstract
Kurz nach der Unabhängigkeit des Landes hat die Regierung um technische Hilfe bei der Aufstellung einer Wohnungspolitik mit der Planung und Durchführung von zwei Pilotprojekten nachgefragt. UNDP und UNCHS sind 1982 mit der Entsendung von Planern und Bereitstellung von Krediten (letzteres durch USAID) tätig geworden.
