Abstract

Ende Januar diesen Jahres wurde das Inkrafttreten der Bahnreform vor 20 Jahren gefeiert. Zu den Erfolgsgeschichten der Reform wird die Entwicklung des Schienenpersonennahverkehrs gezählt. Nicht auch nur annähernd adäquat eingeordnet wird dabei in der Regel die verkehrssystematische Neuaufstellung des SPNV bereits durch die gern gescholtene 'Behördenbahn'. Die Umsetzung der Bahnreform ist bisher nicht vollendet. Es sollte regelmäßig eine Revision des Status der Umsetzung der Bahnreform erfolgen.In January the coming into force of the reform of the railway-structure in Germany was celebrated. Classed in particular among the success-stories of the reform is the development of the regional and local passenger railway services. In this context the innovations initiated, prepared and introduced by the ?immoveable? Bundesbahn are not adequately valued. The realization of the reform has stuck halfway the intended line to date. It is urgently recommended to revise the state of the embodiment of the reform from time to time.
