Abstract

Damit sich der Fahrgast künftig immer und überall über die nächste beste Fahrtverbindung im ÖPNV informieren kann, bietet der Münchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund (MVV) seinen Kunden einen neuen praktischen Service für die Fahrplanauskunft an: Bei dem so genannten MVV-Handy-Fahrplan wird eine Fahrplanauskunft basierend auf Java inklusive der gesamten Jahresfahrplandaten für U- und S-Bahn sowie den im MVV integrierten Schienenpersonennahverkehr auf das Handy installiert. Damit besitzt der Handy-Fahrplan eine autarke Funktionalität, so dass er auch offline nutzbar ist.
