Abstract

Die Arbeit zeigt anhand eines konkreten Beispiels auf, wie kommunales Management von Integrationsprozessen funktionieren kann. Als Hilfsmittel dient hierbei die vorgestellte Balanced Integration Card, die - eingebettet in ein ganzheitliches Controlling-Konzept - anhand von Zahlen den Steuerungsprozess unterstützt.Based on the case study presented in the dissertation, the author shows how communal management of integration processes operates. As a supporting tool, the Balanced Integration Card is introduced which is embedded into a complete controlling cycle and deliveres data to support that integration process of foreign residence into our society. difu
