Abstract
Die Rolle der Leitstellen, vor allem in größeren Betrieben, wandelt sich mit dem Wettbewerb erheblich. Sie werden zu Serviceeinheiten, deren Kunden nicht nur die Fahrgäste, sondern auch die Fahrer sind. Haben alle Leitstellenmitarbeiter diesen Rollenwechsel mit vollzogen? Leitstellenmitarbeiter sind ein wichtiges Scharnier zwischen Fahrer und Betriebsleitung. Noch mehr Professionalität bezüglich des Verständisses der Aufgabe und des Verhaltens als Serviceleister kann durch gezielte Maßnahmen erreicht werden. difu
The former function of the control center, especially in major companies, has changed considerably as of the increasing competition in the transport business. Control centers have transformed to service divisions and their customers are not only passengers but drivers as well. Members of the control centers are very important hinge-joints between drivers and management. More professionality refering to their job understanding and their behaviour of being a service division may be achieved by selective measures. difu
