Abstract
Making Planning Less of a Burden The plan GuV is suffering exploding project expenses. Planned synergies of completed acquisitions are not working or customers simply do not want to go with the new product. This, among similar problems, is unfortunately read all too often in specialized magazines on the topic. The cause is usually predictable risks, often in the form of (communal) political developments but also in the form of home-made problems. This, together with exaggeratedly optimistic expectations on the part of the owners in terms of results, will quickly turn the plan GuV to rubbish. Admittedly, enterprising behaviour is unthinkable without the necessary courage to take risks. However, the possibility of making risks clearer and taking countermeasures in time certainly is. difu
