Abstract

Sowohl auf Anbieter- als auch auf Nachfrageseite lässt sich ein Trend zur vernetzten Mobilität im Markt beobachten. Im Rahmen einer empirischen Studie in Kooperation mit der Universität Köln untersuchte mobilité hierzu Rollenmodelle, Chancen und Herausforderungen sowie aktuelle und zukünftige Marktentwicklungen. Zusammen mit den aktuellsten Erkenntnissen zum Verkehrsverhalten der Nutzer lassen sich hieraus große Kundenpotenziale und entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen für den ÖPNV ableiten.A trend towards integrated mobility can be observed in the market, affecting the demand as well as the supply-side. In an empirical study by mobilité and the University of Cologne chances, challenges, role-models and recent plus future developments of the market are examined. Combined with the most recent findings on the mobility behavior of the user, new customer segments for public transport can be deduced. In this context, the respective recommendations to serve these huge segments are listed.
