Abstract
Schienenbahnen verursachen bei Kurvenfahrt unerwünschte Begleitgeräusche. Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten, die lästigen, hochfrequenten Schallemissionen zwischen Quietschen und Kreischen wirksam zu bekämpfen. Fahrzeugseitig wie durch stationäre Anlagen kann geschmiert und "konditioniert" werden. Zudem lassen sich an den Radscheiben Dämmelemente ebenso anbringen wie - hier nicht betrachtet - an den Schienenprofilen. Beispiele aus vier Nahverkehrsbetrieben zeigen den Umfang heutiger Anstrengungen zur Minderung der Schallemissionen in Gleisbögen auf. In der Regel kommen mehrere Verfahren zur Anwendung.

Some examples taken from four public transport companies show the range of possibilities of today s efforts to lower the noise emission of track curves. In general, several methods come into effect.
