Abstract

Immer mehr Menschen in der Region Stuttgart sind multimodal unterwegs. Neben den Bahnen und Bussen des Verkehrs- und Tarifverbunds Stuttgart (VVS) existieren ergänzende Systeme wie Ruftaxis oder Bürgerbusse. Aber auch Angebote wie Carsharing, Mitfahrzentralen und Fahrradverleihsysteme verzeichnen im VVS hohe Nachfragezuwächse. Um den Menschen einen möglichst umfassenden Überblick über alle Mobilitätsangebote zu bieten, wurde auf der VVS-Homepage die Informationsplattform Rundum Mobil geschaffen.In the greater area of Stuttgart an increasing number of people are using more than two means of public transportation to get arround. Besides train-, bus- and tram services which are run by the Stuttgart Transportation Authority (Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund Stuttgart, VVS) complementing systems like carsharing, ridesharing and flexible bike rental systems are offered. Those alternatives also cause additional demand for VVS transportation services. Therefore VVS is offering his customers an overwiew of the full range of mobility offers in Stuttgart and greater area by setting up the internet portal Rundum mobil (Mobil everywhere).
