Abstract
Obwohl heutzutage die technischen Mittel vorhanden wären, in allen Entwicklungsländern den Lebensstandard zu verbessern, verfehlen viele Projekte ihr Ziel, da Kommunikationsexperten und Entwicklungsplaner oft nicht in der Lage sind, effektiv miteinander oder gar mit der betroffenen Bevölkerung zu sprechen.
