Abstract

This Report, based on the findings of the ULI Urban Investment Network workshop held in paris on 8 February 2011, highlights examples of best practice in city centre investment and management. By examining the actions of europe's most successful city centres in a series of case study examples, the report concludes by offering 10 principles for effective city centre investment and management strategies.
