Abstract

INSA, bekannt als die Fahrplanauskunft für das Land Sachsen-Anhalt und den mitteldeutschen Verkehrsverbund (MDV), ist mehr als eine Fahrplanauskunft. INSA ist ein Synonym für eine ganze Reihe von Systemen, die zur Gewinnung beziehungsweise Sammlung von Echtzeitdaten für die Prognose von Abfahrten notwendig sind. Neben der eigentlichen Fahrplanauskunft mit Tarifauskunft gehören zur INSA-Familie auch ein Smart-ITCS, eine VDV-Datendrehscheibe und ein Informationsmanager für die Erfassung von Zusatzinformationen sowie diverse Schnittstellen. INSA ist auch der Datenbereitsteller für viele dynamische Fahrgastinformationsanzeiger sowie Hintergrundsystem für Fahrplan-Apps, Online-Ticketing und E-Ticketing-Systeme.INSA, known as the journey planner for the state of Saxony-Anhalt and the MDV Transport Authorities provides more than timetable information.
