Abstract
Die Erfahrungen mit Vergabeverfahren im SPNV haben gezeigt, dass sowohl auf Seiten der Aufgabenträger als auch auf Seiten der Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen (immer noch) erheblicher Diskussionsbedarf besteht.
