Abstract

Die Aufgabenträger Darmstadt-Dieburger Nahverkehrsorganisation (Dadina) und Stadt Darmstadt haben eine Direktvergabe mit dem kommunalen Busunternehmen Heag mobibus vereinbart, welches für die nächsten acht Jahre als interner Betreiber Busverkehre in der Stadt Darmstadt und im Landkreis Darmstadt-Dieburg durchführen wird. Direktvergaben der Aufgabenträger werden für viele Kommunalunternehmen in den nächsten Jahren zum zentralen Instrument zur Sicherung ihrer Beschäftigung.The local public transport authorities Dadina and the city of Darmstadt made an award of contracts without competition to the communal public transport company Heag mobiBus, which will carry out bus services in the city of Darmstadt and the district of Darmstadt-Dieburg for the next 8 years as an internal operator.
