Transmobil: Interoperables Fahrgeldmanagement in Österrreich. Standards und Realisierung anhand eines Piloten.

Abstract

Der ÖPNV-Kunde soll zukünftig mit einer einzigen für den ÖPV initialisierten Applikation auf einem mobilen Trägermedium Österreichweit fahren können. Dieses Ziel erfordert das Vorhandensein von Standards für Österreich, was durch das Projekt Transmobil erreicht werden soll. In der ersten Projektstufe Transmobil 1 (TM1), wurden die Anforderungen an ein interoperables EFM in technischer, applikatorischer, organisatorischer und rechtlicher Sicht ausgearbeitet. Transmobil 2 (TM 2) soll, aufbauend auf den Ergebnissen von TM1, zur Erreichung einer Empfehlung für ein interoperables EFM in Österreich unter Beachtung europäischer Referenzlösungen (ITSO und VDV KA) und internationaler Standards, detaillierte Vorgaben für eine technische Umsetzung auszuarbeiten und die technische Machbarkeit in einem Piloten nachzuweisen. difuIn the future customers will realize journeys in public transport with a single application on a mobile supporting medium, which is initialised for public transport throughout Austria. This objective target demands the existence of Austrian standards, which shall be achieved by the project Transmobil. In the first project level, Transmobil (TM1), requirements are worked out on interoperable EFM, in technical, applicational, organisational and ­judicial view. Goal of project Transmobil 2 (TM2) is based on results of TM1, to achieve a commendation for an interoperable EFM in Austria, under attention of European reference solutions (ITSO and VDV KA) and international standards, to elaborate detailed specifications for technical conversion and verify technical feasibility in a pilot. difu
