Abstract

Die Straßenbahn Herne - Castrop-Rauxel GmbH (HCR) hat für ihre 66 Fahrzeuge umfassende Busflotte die Firma Kienzle Automotive GmbH mit der Einführung des RIBAS-Informationssystems beauftragt. Das System unterstützt das Fahrpersonal dabei, den eigenen Fahrstil zu beurteilen und zu verbessern. Rund 80 Prozent der Fahrdienstbelegschaft nehmen freiwillig an diesem Projekt teil. Die HCR erhielt mittels einer anonymisierten Befragung einen Überblick über das Meinungsbild aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.The public transit company Tramway line Herne - Castrop-Rauxel (HCR) has authorized Kienzle Automotive GmbH to implement the RIBAS information system for its bus fleet consisting of 66 vehicles. The system gives support to the driver to improve and evaluate the individual driving style. About 80% of the employees in the transport service participate voluntarily on this project. HCR got an overview on the opinion of all male and female operators by means of an anonymized survey.
