Abstract
Für das Key-Account-Management des GVH Hannover ist die aktive Marktbearbeitung gelebte Realität mit großem Erfolg. Durch ein spannendes Coaching-Projekt ist es gelungen, dem professionellen Bestandskundenmanagement zusätzlichen Auftrieb zu geben. Ziel ist es, mit überzeugten Mitarbeitern die Kunden in Hannover nachhaltig zu begeistern. Dabei ist die weitere Optimierung von Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen eine klar formulierte Daueraufgabe.
The GVH Hannover key-account management is very successful with its intensive marketing activities. By an exciting coaching project, they were able to give a further boost to the existing customer management. The aim is to fascinate the Hannover customers sustainably of their transport system by motivated employees. The further optimizing of structures and working methods is hereby a clearly stated long-term task.
