Abstract

Fahrgastzählsysteme finden eine immer größere Verbreitung, nicht zuletzt aufgrund der aktuellen Förderpraxis etwa im Rahmen des Sofortprogramms zur Luftreinhaltung 2017 - 2020. Anwendungsbiete sind vielfältig: Einnahmenaufteilung, Leistungsnachweise und Betriebsstatistik, Betriebsplanung, Betriebssteuerung, Anzeige und Prognose des Besetztgrades von Fahrzeugen. Der Artikel gibt einen allgemeinen Überblick und greift aktuelle technologische Entwicklungen wie IBISIP, Besetzgraderfassung und Videotechnik auf und beleuchtet unterschiedliche Betreibermodelle.Passenger counting systems have become increasingly popular not least because of the current funding practices such as the emergency program for pollution control 2017 - 2020. The application fields are numerous: revenue breakdown, performance record and operating statistics, operation planning, operation control, display system and outlook of passenger load. The article gives a general overview and picks up the current technological development like IBIS-IP, determination of passenger load and video technology and finally lights up the different operational models.
